Summary
This study looks at whether a new medication for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (thick heart muscle) can improve tiny blood vessel function in the heart. Researchers will measure blood flow before and after starting the drug in 30 adults. The goal is to understand if the drug helps the heart get more oxygen-rich blood.
