Summary

This study aims to find the best medication plan for people who have had a heart attack and received a stent. It will test two different strategies for blood thinners to reduce bleeding risk, and two different strategies for cholesterol-lowering drugs. The goal is to prevent future heart problems while minimizing side effects for 4,400 participants over three years.
