300 heart attack patients join quest for new recovery clues

Summary
This study follows 300 adults who had a severe type of heart attack (STEMI) to discover new biological and imaging markers that can predict how well they recover. Researchers will collect blood samples and perform MRI scans over one year, and track patients' health for up to five years. The goal is to improve understanding of heart attacks and help doctors personalize treatment.
