Mystery heart attacks: major study launches to solve puzzling condition

Summary
This study is creating a long-term registry to learn more about a puzzling type of heart attack where the main heart arteries are not blocked (called MINOCA). It will follow 3,000 patients to understand what causes these events, how they are diagnosed, and what the long-term outcomes are for patients. The goal is to gather real-world information to help doctors better manage this condition in the future.
