Summary
This study tested if a drug called Henagliflozin could help people who just had a major heart attack. About 240 patients who had emergency heart surgery (PCI) took the drug or a placebo for 6 months. Researchers checked if the drug reduced the amount of permanent heart damage and improved heart recovery.
