Summary

This early-phase study is enrolling 24 healthy adults aged 18 to 65 to see how two drugs—oral povorcitinib and topical ruxolitinib cream—move into the skin and bloodstream. Participants will take the drugs and have their skin fluid and blood sampled using a special device. The goal is purely to gather information, not to treat any disease.
