Summary
This study tests a program that uses health coaching, motivational interviewing, and online wellness tools to help adults with serious mental illness return to active lives after major disruptions like the COVID-19 pandemic. The study will enroll 60 participants from community mental health agencies. The goal is to improve feelings of competence, reduce depression and anxiety, and boost recovery and empowerment.
