This study looks at whether two types of talk therapy can help people who feel dirty or contaminated inside after a sexual assault. 12 adults with PTSD will try Cognitive Processing Therapy and a self-compassion program. The goal is to reduce PTSD symptoms and the troubling feeling of being unclean.
