Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether a smartphone app called the Healthy Minds Program is practical and well-liked by people who have had suicidal thoughts in the past month. Fifty adults will use the app for 4 weeks and fill out questionnaires. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and might help reduce suicidal thinking.
