Summary
This completed Phase 1 study enrolled 9 healthy men aged 18-55 to see how a single oral dose of the drug INCB123667 (with a radioactive tracer) is absorbed, processed, and eliminated. The main goal was to measure total radioactivity in urine and feces and identify drug byproducts. No treatment or health benefit was intended.
