Summary
This study is testing a family program called HomeGrown, designed to help prevent obesity and promote healthy growth in young children with Down syndrome. It works by supporting families to make changes at home related to nutrition and physical activity. The study will first check if the program is practical for families to use, and then see if it effectively improves children's diet and activity levels.
