NCT ID NCT05940675
Summary
This study tested a two-year program in Danish schools and communities designed to help children aged 6-11 maintain a healthy weight and improve their wellbeing. The program focused on promoting better eating, more physical activity, good sleep, and less screen time. Researchers compared 12 schools using the program to 12 schools that did not, to see if it helped children gain less body fat.
