Summary
This study tests a program called 'Healthy Dads, Healthy Kids' adapted for Hispanic families. It aims to help fathers lose weight and increase their children's physical activity. About 187 fathers and their kids (ages 5-11) in the Houston area will take part. The program focuses on healthy eating and exercise to prevent obesity.
