First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study aims to collect data from 40 healthy adults aged 18-85 to establish normal ranges for two new, FDA-approved tests (EndoFLIP and mucosal integrity) that assess the esophagus and stomach during an upper endoscopy. Participants must have no history of reflux, smoking, or certain medications. The results will help doctors better interpret these tests in future patients with swallowing or reflux issues.
