Can workshops help women better talk to their doctors?
NCT ID NCT03973606
Summary
This study aimed to understand and improve health knowledge and communication skills among Arab women in East Jerusalem. Researchers first held discussion groups to learn about women's needs, then created a four-session workshop to teach about heart disease and how to talk to doctors. They measured changes in knowledge and confidence before and after the workshops to see if the education helped.
