Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-week education program can help people with high blood pressure and low health literacy better manage their condition. The program includes three in-person sessions and three phone calls, providing tailored information about blood pressure management. Researchers will measure whether participants' blood pressure improves and if they become better at taking medications and making healthy lifestyle choices.
