Phone coaching eases burden for transplant caregivers

Summary

This study tests whether phone-based health and wellness coaching can reduce stress and improve confidence for caregivers of people waiting for a heart or lung transplant. About 30 caregivers will take part. Researchers will measure changes in caregiver burden and self-efficacy using standard questionnaires.
