Peer coaching aims to ease RA mental health struggles

Summary

This study tests whether talking with a peer coach (someone who also has rheumatoid arthritis) can lower anxiety and depression in adults with RA. 250 participants will meet weekly for 9 weeks and complete surveys. The goal is to see if this approach improves mental well-being compared to general health coaching.
