Summary
This study tests a 12-week health program for people at high risk for colorectal cancer. The program includes workshops, online support, daily check-ins, and peer buddies to help improve diet, exercise, and reduce smoking or alcohol use. Researchers will measure changes in lifestyle habits and cancer knowledge. 80 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or standard care.
