Summary
This study looked at how an 8-week virtual program focused on healthy eating and activity affected breast cancer survivors. Twenty-two participants attended weekly online sessions and completed surveys and health checks. Researchers measured stress, lifestyle habits, mental health, and quality of life to see if the program helped reduce the risk of cancer returning and improved well-being.
