NCT ID NCT07173101

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether a headband with special semiconductors can help with memory and thinking problems (often called 'chemo brain') after cancer treatment. About 50 breast or gynecological cancer patients who finished chemotherapy within the last 90 days will wear the headband for 18 hours a day for 3 weeks, then switch to a placebo headband for another 3 weeks. The goal is to see if it's comfortable enough to wear and if it safely improves cognitive function.
