Headband zaps migraines: home brain stimulation trial begins

NCT ID NCT07214454

Summary

This study is testing whether a headband device that delivers gentle electrical stimulation to the brain is a practical and acceptable home treatment for chronic migraine. Twenty participants will use the device daily for three months to see if they can stick with the routine and report their headaches reliably. The main goal is to see if a larger, more definitive trial is possible, while also checking for any early signs that the device might reduce migraine days or severity.
