New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat head and neck tumors

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment for adults with head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. The treatment combines a virus-based injection (EDS01) directly into a tumor with an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab) given through a vein. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can help control the cancer. Only 9 people will take part.
