Summary
This study aims to understand how the timing of radiation therapy affects head and neck cancer tumors. Researchers will enroll 40 patients and randomly assign them to receive standard radiation or a schedule where some areas are treated later. The main goal is to see if delaying treatment changes the tumor's internal environment and what is seen on special MRI scans, which may help improve future treatments.
