Summary
This trial is testing a personalized immunotherapy called TG4050 in patients with advanced head and neck cancer who have completed initial treatment. The goal is to see if this vaccine, designed to target each patient's specific cancer mutations, is safe and can help prevent the cancer from coming back. The study will compare outcomes between patients receiving the vaccine and those receiving standard monitoring alone.
