Scientists hunt for clues to make cancer immunotherapy work for more patients
NCT ID NCT07211139
Summary
This study aims to learn why standard immunotherapy plus chemotherapy works well for some people with advanced head and neck cancer but not for most others. Researchers will collect small tumor samples and blood from about 30 patients before and after their treatment to look for changes in the immune system. The goal is to find biological markers that can predict who will benefit from this treatment, which could help doctors personalize future care.
