New study aims to find best chemo combo for head and neck cancer

Summary
This study is for people with advanced head and neck cancer. It compares two different chemotherapy combinations given with radiation therapy to see which is more effective. The study uses a special marker in the tumor (ERCC1) to help guide treatment. About 120 participants will be enrolled.
