First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving head and neck cancer survivors a personalized survivorship care plan, along with a counseling session, helps them get better follow-up care from their doctors. About 176 adults who finished treatment 3-6 months ago will be randomly assigned to either receive this extra support or standard care. Researchers will track how many recommended follow-up actions are actually carried out over a year.
