Early safety check: new weight drug meets common meds
NCT ID NCT07331389
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a new investigational drug for weight management, called HDM1002, interacts with five common medications (including metformin for diabetes and warfarin for blood thinning) when taken together. It will enroll 111 overweight or obese but otherwise healthy Chinese adults to measure drug levels in the body and check for safety issues. The main goal is to gather knowledge about potential interactions before larger studies can proceed.
