Summary

This study tested a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation technique called HD-tACS in 60 adults with depression and suicidal thoughts. The goal was to see if it could reduce the severity of those thoughts and understand how it changes brain activity. Participants received the stimulation while researchers measured changes using brain scans and EEG.
