Summary

This study is creating a secure database of health information from 2,500 people with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), a common inherited heart condition. Researchers will collect data from medical records, including heart scans, blood tests, and genetics, to better understand the disease and predict which treatments work best for each patient. The goal is to improve personalized care and outcomes for the HCM community.
