Smart reminder boosts liver cancer screening in cirrhosis patients

Summary
This study tests a simple reminder system that prompts doctors to order liver ultrasounds for patients with cirrhosis, who are at risk for liver cancer. About 1,300 adults with cirrhosis will take part. The goal is to see if the reminder increases the number of screening ultrasounds ordered and completed.
