Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called HB0043, a bispecific antibody that targets two inflammatory proteins (IL-17A and IL-36R) linked to acne. About 21 adults with moderate to severe facial acne will receive either the drug or a placebo. The main goal is to check safety and see if it reduces acne lesions and improves skin appearance.
