First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking haskap berry juice helps people who lift weights recover faster after an intense leg workout. Thirty adults with at least 2 years of squatting experience will drink either haskap juice or a placebo and follow a low-polyphenol diet. Researchers will measure inflammation, oxidative stress, and muscle performance over 72 hours to see if the berries speed recovery.
