Scientists grip the future: mapping teen strength for better health

NCT ID NCT07408986

Summary

This study aimed to create standard reference values for handgrip and leg strength in healthy 15-16 year old adolescents. Researchers used a portable digital device to measure muscle strength in 50 participants, following international testing guidelines. The data will help establish normal strength ranges for this age group and test the reliability of the measurement tool for future use in clinical settings.
