Summary
This study tested two different ways of stimulating the median nerve in the wrist to see which one improves handgrip strength more. 86 healthy adults aged 18-40 received a single 10-minute session of ultrasound-guided nerve stimulation. The goal was to learn which stimulation pattern might be better for future rehabilitation or athletic training.
