Summary
This study tests whether combining two non-invasive therapies can help stroke survivors regain hand control. Participants will receive brain stimulation (tDCS) and muscle stimulation (FES) while practicing hand tasks. The goal is to see if these treatments improve movement and brain signals. The study involves 15 adults who had a stroke at least 6 months ago.
