Inclusion Criteria: * Adults between 18 and 65 years of age. * Patients requiring rehabilitation after fractures, tendon injuries, or carpal tunnel syndrome surgery in the hand region. * Patients who have started physical therapy sessions for the first time within the last 6 months with these diagnoses. * Individuals with sufficient cognitive ability to answer the questionnaires independently. Exclusion Criteria: * Individuals with cognitive impairment or communication barriers (such as severe vision or hearing loss) that would prevent them from following the questionnaire and educational content. * Active healthcare workers. * Patients referred only for conservative treatment.
