Summary

This study looks at whether occupational therapy (hand therapy) helps adults with hand injuries recover better. About 150 people from four hospitals in Ireland will take part. Some will get usual care, others will see a hand therapist. Researchers will check hand function and quality of life over six months to see which approach works best.
