Summary

This study will test whether using a soft hand exercise ring during contractions, along with breathing exercises, can help reduce pain and anxiety in first-time mothers during active labor. About 86 low-risk women will either use the ring or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost tool can improve the childbirth experience without medication.
