Summary
This study compares three techniques—stretching, myofascial release, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)—to see which one best improves flexibility in people with tight hamstrings. About 36 adults aged 18 to 30 with hamstring tightness will participate. The goal is to find the most effective acute treatment to help prevent lower leg injuries.
