Summary
This study looked at whether a traditional Hammam bath, a massage, or a placebo (fake treatment) has the best effect on general health and well-being in healthy adults. Twenty-two men and women aged 25-65 from Granada, Spain, took part. The researchers measured stress and well-being using heart rate, sleep quality, and questionnaires right after and 24 hours later.
