First seen Mar 02, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether carefully managing high blood pressure can reduce the risk of serious heart events in people with B-cell cancers (like CLL or lymphoma) who are taking BTKi drugs. About 100 participants will have their blood pressure closely monitored and treated if it rises. The goal is to see if this approach prevents heart attacks, strokes, or other cardiovascular problems.
