Can blood pressure control prevent heart trouble in blood cancer patients?

Summary

This study looks at how often high blood pressure happens in people with B-cell blood cancers (like CLL or lymphoma) who are taking a type of targeted drug called a BTK inhibitor. The goal is to see if carefully managing that high blood pressure can prevent serious heart problems. About 100 participants will be followed for one year.
