Summary

This study tests an injected drug called Halneuron to see if it can safely reduce nerve pain caused by chemotherapy. About 240 adults who have nerve pain from platinum or taxane chemo will receive either Halneuron or a placebo shot. The goal is to measure pain relief, sleep, fatigue, and quality of life over several weeks, with an option for all participants to receive Halneuron later.
