Summary

This observational study aims to understand why some people with Parkinson's disease experience visual hallucinations. Researchers will compare how prior expectations influence false perceptions in patients with and without hallucinations, as well as healthy volunteers. Participants complete a computer-based face detection task and cognitive tests. The study does not involve any treatment or medication.
