This study tests whether a structured rehabilitation program called HABIT-ILE, which combines intensive arm, hand, and leg exercises, can improve balance and coordination in people recovering from a stroke. The trial will include 44 stroke survivors aged 40 to 60, who will be randomly assigned to receive either the HABIT-ILE training or standard care.
