Summary
This study tested a simple habit-building worksheet and pharmacist discussion to help patients remember to take new medications for heart disease or depression. 33 adults who were starting a new long-term medication took part. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and helped build stronger medication-taking habits compared to standard pharmacist advice.
