Summary
This study aims to understand how different physical abilities are connected in young artistic gymnasts. Researchers will measure 25 gymnasts aged 7-12 on their jumping height, balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and foot posture. The goal is to see how these factors relate to each other, which could help design better training and reduce injury risk.
