Summary

This study looks at the gut bacteria of older adults with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) and compares them to healthy older and young adults. The goal is to find differences that could help create probiotics to treat sarcopenia. 150 people aged 65-90 with sarcopenia will participate.
